Futures Reframed is a foundation that creates space for experimentation and innovation in the academic realm. We support projects that explore how science could otherwise be. Our main goal is not to reject or dismantle existing systems, but much more so: to open them up and to sketch alternatives to what is now the norm. In doing so, we seek out the edges and create new momentum. We believe that where things rub up against each other, new possibilities emerge.

We’re a collective of scientists from a variety of backgrounds, thinkers and do-ers who share one thing: the sense that things must, and can, be different.
